Grocery segment leads the pack in ratio of brands opening vs. closing stores

•Every segment aside from department stores has a ratio greater than one – meaning chains and brands opening stores outweighs those closing them. 
•The grocery and superstore segments depict the largest ratios – both of which tend to be far more disciplined in opening stores than other properties, as the majority of the time, it is their own capital is on the line.
