The most expensive Oscar goes to: Baltimore

The Oscars are currently held at the Dolby (formerly the Kodak) Theater is Los Angeles, a 91,605-square-foot building erected in 2001

Some cities, such as Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Cleveland, have a growing entertainment presence - Cleveland and Pittsburgh also happen to be some of the cheapest construction cities.
