A major corporate consumer attraction is rescued from delays and budget overruns

When the highly-anticipated new World of Coca-Cola was behind schedule and over budget by the end of the schematic design stage, JLL was engaged to bring the project back within financial requirements and completion schedule. Through disciplined budgeting and scheduling, as well as renegotiating several vendor contracts, our team saved $1.5 million and mitigated another $2.5 million in design variances—while adding $2 million in requested project scope from Coca Cola.
