A new distribution center for a quickly growing clothing retailer

November 4, 2016 Sanjana Saluja

Buckle, a thriving and rapidly growing retail clothing company, needed a new national distribution center to handle the increased sales volumes for their retail and direct-to-consumer internet business. With a land site in Kearney, Nebraska already in place, JLL developed the site into a 240,000 square-foot highly automated distribution center that serves both the online business and more than 400 Buckle stores throughout the country. JLL delivered the new facility to Buckle in nine months and 25 percent below budget.
