ALDI repositions itself to expand customer base

ALDI wanted to expand its customer base and grow revenue. Driven by their ambition, we helped the retailer transform its existing store format to a new revitalized store format that emphasizes their commitment to freshness and quality at a value. The new store design has not only elevated ALDI’s brand, but it’s enhanced the overall shopping experience, resulting in new stores opening at more than double the expected sales.

To keep ALDI efficient, we worked with them to develop Shopping Cart, an online guidelines portal that allows employees across the store portfolio to effectively communicate and access necessary specs and guidelines that guarantee consistency.
