Bringing BART’s vision to life

BART needed to develop an infill station that reflected current transit-oriented development principles—with limited access to state and local funds. Driven by their ambition, we managed the design and construction of the station and parking structures along an active trackway in the middle of the freeway. We also achieved entitlements and environmental clearance for a 500,000 square-foot mixed-use transit village and helped structure a funding package that brought BART’s vision to life.
