Completely transforming Lao Feng Xiang Jewelry's space

March 9, 2016 Laura McDaniel

When JLL was selected to provide project management services for Lao Feng Xiang (LFX) Jewelry’s first Canadian store, located on Vancouver’s luxury lane on Alberni Street, they were tasked with transforming the 1,200-square-foot space into a golden, state-of-the-art space reflective of LFX’s stringent corporate designs. Faced with design delays and construction challenges, JLL delivered creative solutions, resulting in cost savings without compromising schedule or construction quality. At the end of the day, JLL transformed the space into an exquisite luxury jewelry store, working within an aggressive timeline while only spending half of the client’s budget.
