JLL managed the smooth transition from this rural hospital’s aging building to a replacement facility five miles away that includes a new 50,000-square-foot professional office building in addition to the hospital. Delivered on time, under budget and with a construction cost of $52.4 million, this was the largest ever USDA-financed hospital project in North Dakota.
