Creating more collaboration for Carter’s

When children’s clothing store Carter’s decided to relocate its Hong Kong operations to a new 2,880-square-meter office, JLL acted as the project manager for the new office fit-out and relocation process. Tasked with creating a work environment that encourages more collaboration and partnership, JLL exceeded client expectations by delivering innovative client facing and meeting areas such as a telepresence room and collaborative areas within their pantry. Throughout the entire process, JLL effectively managed Carter’s internal stakeholders, completing the project on time, within budget and with zero downtime.
