Elevating the iconic luxury Beverly Hills Hotel

July 29, 2016 Laura McDaniel

JLL met the exacting standards of this five-star historic hotel while managing high-end designers and securing approval from the city’s Cultural Heritage Commission for this intensive, peak season renovation. A nine-phase construction approach allowed JLL to complete full renovations of the famous 203-seat Polo Lounge & Patio, pool area, main lobby and planning for future renovations of 150 rooms without disrupting operations. Savvy budget management delivered cost savings well in excess of project management fees.
