Headquarters relocation receives LEED Gold certification

October 6, 2017 Sanjana Saluja

We managed the fit out of Ellucian’s global headquarters relocation from Fairfax, Virginia to Reston, Virginia. The software and services provider engaged JLL initially for brokerage services and then shortly thereafter Project and Development Services (PDS). The early engagement of our team made the renovation an enormous success. The project finished $1.6M under budget and the Synergy program yielded $533K in savings. Ellucian moved in on schedule and obtained LEED Gold certification.

“JLL provided the right communication to effectively manage our company’s move.”

– Joe Bellman, Vice President Procurement, Ellucian
