With a clear vision to relocate company headquarters, Yakima purchased a building in Lake Oswego, Oregon that needed extensive renovations and remodeling in a condensed and strict 14-week timeframe. JLL worked closely with the architect and general contractor to translate the vision of the company’s CEO into a modern headquarters with employee meeting rooms, social areas and breakout zones. The new space opened on time and under budget to great employee reception. Not only did Yakima maintain operational effectiveness throughout the renovations, the company also acquired a 200 percent return on investment.
