Landmark Paris property gets a green refurbishment while maintaining historic splendor

December 7, 2015 Laura McDaniel

Poste Immo sought JLL’s services to completely refurbish the Poste du Louvre, an iconic Paris building constructed in the late nineteenth century, which is situated in the heart of Paris next to the world-famous Louvre Museum. The result turned an obsolete industrial site into an innovative property that combines the building’s original post office services with new office space, a luxury boutique hotel, retail, restaurants, a police station, a day nursery and social housing—all while retaining the historic property’s architectural heritage and introducing a commitment to sustainable development.
