Making a university more attractive to prospective and current students

Acknowledging the increased competition for attracting and retaining students, BGSU initiated two new major residence buildings and two new dining centers—engaging JLL as the Owner’s Representative to ensure that the project stayed on budget and finished in time for the upcoming academic year. The team brought a solutions-based, fast-track project management style that minimized disruptions. JLL was then invited to manage a strategic university master plan for future building projects.
