Coursera, an online educational platform that partners with top universities globally, had outgrown its 9,500-square-foot start-up space and needed a much larger headquarters location that would support its quickly growing company. JLL’s project management team was selected to provide guidance and expertise to Coursera, while also developing a branded environment. JLL not only met the company’s aggressive schedule and limited budget, but they also achieved a 250 percent return on investment.
