Performing a strategic relocation/consolidation analysis

Acquiring and renovating the facility that controls the distribution of electricity throughout New England had very specific requirements. The JLL team assessed alternative facilities for electrical capacity, reliability and redundancy; hired and managed architects, engineers and security; renovated the 65,000-square-foot control room facility and built a 100,000-square-foot building adjacent to it; managed permitting and zoning and handled the relocation of control and computer rooms.
