Practicing what we preach leads to impressive results

Implementing an activity-based working model in JLL’s 3,969-square-meter Sydney office has enabled JLL to reduce its occupied footprint by 25 percent, while allowing for 25 percent growth as its business expands without taking up any additional space. The new model has resulted in a 60 percent reduction in paper storage and a 66 percent reduction in energy consumption.
