Quick turnaround time and a design summit create new workplace

November 24, 2016 Sanjana Saluja

With an aggressive 24-week timeline to complete a new, creative workspace for Neustar, JLL had to move quickly to help the technology company continue operating its San Francisco-based offices. Neustar requested the involvement of a residential design firm during late stages of development, putting the project schedule in danger, but JLL quickly coordinated a design summit to develop a collaborative solution and secure Neustar’s approval. JLL’s due diligence led to a swift approval of the new design, resulting in a stunning 138,000 square-foot office space and saving Neustar $4 million in design and construction costs.
