Retail partnership gets a boost to merchandise athletic shoes and apparel

The Finish Line united with Macy’s to open branded shops within Macy’s department stores—and they wanted to launch the first shop within 45 days. JLL established technology and program management processes, and completed unfinished design standards to meet the aggressive timeline. In less than two years, JLL helped The Finish Line open 567 shops in 395 Macy’s locations, managing the individual build-outs of each location and achieving a cost savings of more than $900,000.
