The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy

March 31, 2016 Laura McDaniel

When the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy (DRFC) was tasked with developing land along the Detroit RiverFront to further develop the RiverWalk, the DRFC contracted JLL to serve as construction manager for all phases of the project. During phase one, JLL provided overall site evaluation and construction management of all parks, bike and walking paths and RiverWalk installations, successfully completing $17M in phase one renovations and delivering the popular LEED-certified Mt. Elliott Park. JLL helped successfully develop Gabriel Richard Park and the parcels of land to the east and west of Chene Park over the duration of 18 months. The team, which contributed to the overall growth of downtown Detroit through their work, received perfect client satisfaction scores of 5.0 out of 5.0.
