Engineering News-Record has announced its annual Top Lists for 2017 and for the second year in a row, JLL has landed as number five in the rankings’ Top 100 Construction Management (CM)-for-Fee Firms category. The list ranks the 100 largest U.S. construction firms, both publicly and privately held, based on agency CM fees for project-related construction management projects.

JLL has moved up in two other categories, the Top 50 Program Management Firms and the Top 20 Firms in Combined Design and CM-PM Professional Service Revenue.
