  • The Construction Backlog Indicator (CBI) reflects the amount of work to be performed by commercial contractors in the months ahead
  • The national average of 8.5 “backlog months” remains unchanged compared to Q2 last year
  • Contractor demand in the South has grown by 10% compared to last year, with the Middles States not far behind Largest growth sectors:
  • Large Contracting Firms (+32%) and Infrastructure Projects (+10%)
