JLL was engaged to manage the interior and exterior remodel of a 400-seat call center for a global telecom company that had outgrown their space. The client wanted to create a space that would help attract and retain employees. The renovated space includes call center seating, general offices, conference centers, a training facility, fitness center, cafeteria, gaming area and coffee shop. We worked closely with client vendors and consultants, to ensure the timely delivery of a coordinated design, budgeting effort, permitting, and construction start. The main lobby was enlarged with new storefronts to bring in more natural light. We delivered the project without interruption to the client’s day to day operations while saving them $20,000 through the use of our Synergy partners.
