Bringing enterprising and unique technology space to life

New World Ventures and the Chicago Entrepreneurial Center (CEC) had a vision. They wanted to build a not-for-profit space where technology designers, engineers and internet start-ups could come together to develop their up-and-coming businesses. Upfront planning and collaboration helped deliver a revolutionary and dynamic space, focused on encouraging creative thinking and sharing of ideas—all within the client’s desired timeline and budget.

UBI Global recently named 1871 the top university-affiliated business incubator in the U.S., proving that we helped the startup achieve their ambitions.
