RadioShack needed some help with its new corporate campus. With their overall ambitions in mind, we represented RadioShack’s interests as they developed a new 1.3 million-square-foot corporate campus and subsequently moved more than 2,600 employees to the new site. We managed the design and construction teams to bring a new cafeteria, fitness center, data center, broadcast studio and training facility to the large campus, while negotiating substantially reduced costs with the architect, engineers and general contractor. We ultimately helped RadioShack save more than $8 million, exceeding expectations all around.
