LSG Sky Chef, the largest producer of food for airlines industry, wanted to locate a facility that could help deliver the food services to airlines more efficiently. We worked closely with the LSG chef’s team to create a sustainability action plan with limited budget impact. We performed the feasibility study, developed documentation, provided budgeting, scheduling and coordination of service providers and stakeholders ensuring projects achieve highest level of certification. The project included office and kitchen demonstration space, box storage system, average daily production of 26,000 meals per day and more than 200 ton refrigeration system. Driven by their ambition, we earned LEED certificate for the building.
