ANZ sought to redesign its 40-year-old Chinatown branch into the first Asian banking hub with the objective of creating a smart banking experience. Working closely with ANZ, we assembled a best-in-class core team, a support team of subject matter experts and a technical team that provided support in risk management, construction methodology, cost management and value engineering, and overall governance. The first-of-its-kind branch also features Feng Shui elements along with bilingual branding and signage. The branch is now a unique financial hub for local and international customers with business, personal and private banking services.
