Audi AG in Germany decided to implement a rebrand across its United States portfolio. Working closely with the company to understand its goals and overall vision, we ultimately proposed a multi-site program, which streamlined processes, promoted consistency and produced clear program guidelines and goals for the dealerships to follow. Prior to our involvement in the program, the average project delivery time was 24 months. Since we took over, project schedules have benefited from a 54 percent reduction in the first half of the project delivery process.
