Enabling co-location of three agencies into one space

September 11, 2018 Sanjana Saluja

WPP’s brief was to create a new shared office in Kantar, Auckland for the co-location of three separate research companies within the wider WPP Group. We assisted them by establishing the initial brief and workplace strategy, which determined the overall scope of works. We then managed the client and projects teams through the design, procurement, construction and close-out stages. The result was a new high-quality office fit-out, that maximised the efficiencies of a shared reception, café and meeting rooms, whilst offering three separate office areas for the different research agencies.
