Toyota wanted to establish a new North American headquarters in Plano, which would consolidate its manufacturing, sales and marketing, and corporate operations into a single, state-of-the-art campus in Texas.
We led the project team and Toyota’s internal procedures to provide timely information without negating its consensus driven culture. As an extension of Toyota’s Real Estate & Facilities team we coordinated vendor specific requirements for the food service, fitness, credit union, pharmacy and health clinic spaces, as well as vendor FF&E durations to accurately communicate operational timelines. The new space opened within the company’s ambitious timeline and budget.
