Giving the asset a new lease of life

Leading global investment firm sought to reposition a 1970s B-grade office tower asset with the departure of an anchor tenant which left the property half vacant. We helped them to reinvigorate the asset with the use of innovative upgrade and energy efficient initiatives that enabled the building to achieve A-grade building status, a rise from 2 star to 4.5 star NABERS rating as well as an increase in the net lettable area by 2,900 sqm, resulting in an improvement in rental returns with an achievement of 97% occupancy rate. The building is now well placed to remain competitive in the market for the long term.
