Supporting a brand's expansion across Asia

September 17, 2018 Sanjana Saluja

Riding on the success of its first restaurant in Orchard Road in Singapore, German gourmet burger chain Hans im Glück opened its second in the heart of bustling Raffles Place. The restaurant occupies two levels in Republic Plaza – donning the same magical, forest-inspired decor which is synonymous with their brand. The owners wanted to bring their authentic German cuisine to a whole new audience in Asia and the Raffles Place restaurant is their flagship restaurant.

Working closely with the German and local designers and architects, we helped to deliver a European restaurant experience in Singapore’s city centre. Our teams provided tenant representation and project management services. Features include the installation of birch trees, which were specifically shipped from Germany, the installation of a cooling system and two outdoor areas.

We helped Hans im Glück on their first move to Asia to support their international expansion strategy. And we will continue working with the client as they expand within Asia.
