When it comes to Silicon Valley, the war for talent is fierce. In recognition of this, Cisco decided to renovate its entire campus headquarters in order to vie for the best of the best. Driven by their ambition, we helped the company transform from traditional office spaces to innovative ‘workplaces that work’ – all while optimizing its utilization in the process. We achieved this by replacing high cubicle seats with open office areas; providing a wide range of open collaboration areas; and delivering meeting rooms outfitted with cutting edge technology throughout.
