Revitalizing flagship retail store to reflect bank’s new brand

Upon implementing its new Bank Now brand strategy, Australian bank and financial services provider, Westpac, needed to revitalize its flagship retail store in Melbourne to reflect its new motto. An extremely condensed seven-week construction program, which required a high level of skill and coordination, also demanded custom finishes with long lead times. JLL effectively managed multiple stakeholders, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process.
